About us: We grew up in the Midwest, but have always loved traveling to the tropics and to the beach. Our first trip to Maui was in late 1990, and we stayed at Maui Kaanapali Villas for 3 days.  We loved Maui Kaanapali Villas for the beautiful beach and grounds, and had found the perfect place for us.  At the end of those three days we knew that we wanted to own a condo here, so we contacted a realtor and he sent us the listings.  We selected what is now our Treetop Condo as the best available one, put in a bid on it, and soon we owned it.  We have made many changes to it over the years, updating it as well as making it a true Hawaiian beach experience.

​We eventually retired from our jobs (George was a business accountant and Jane was a high school Biology and Chemistry teacher) and began spending more time in Maui.  In 2011, a very special condo came on the market - one of a very few one-bedroom suites located in the front of the property, between the beach and the pool.  These are rarely sold - once someone has one, they keep it!!  We were able to buy it, and found that when we are in it we have a different Maui experience than we did in the Treetop condo.  The beach and the pool are right there, we can hear the waves breaking on the beach when we are going to sleep, and it is so nice to have that fabulous ocean view from our lanai.  We still love our Treetop condo, and now we split time on our visits between these two condos.

We visit Maui several times each year, and are always sorry to leave and anxious to return.  When we are not in these condos, we rent them to Maui visitors so that they can experience what draws us back to Maui so often.
